Position Summary 

The Superintendent oversees multiple active healthcare construction projects in Charleston and surrounding areas. This role leads day-to-day field operations and is accountable for schedules, budgets, quality standards, subcontractor coordination, safety compliance, and client satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead multiple ongoing healthcare construction projects 
• Oversee daily field operations, schedules, and subcontractor coordination 
• Manage jobsite safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance 
• Monitor budgets and project timelines in coordination with project management teams 
• Maintain communication with clients, inspectors, and internal stakeholders 
• Ensure project milestones are met and issues are resolved proactively 

Qualifications & Requirements 

• 5–10 years of commercial construction experience 
• Healthcare construction experience preferred 
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
• Open to relocation and travel as required 
• Ability to start immediately or participate in early project ramp-up
