Overview 

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent based in the Cleveland market who understands local conditions, subcontractor ecosystems, and municipal processes. This is a leadership role focused on execution, coordination, and accountability. This is not a hands- on trade position. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities from start to completion 
• Oversee subcontractors, schedules, site safety, and quality control 
• Run crews and manage multiple teams with authority and clarity 
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and ownership representatives 
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope 
• Maintain daily reports, schedules, and documentation using construction software 
• Represent the company professionally on active job sites 

What This Role Is Not 

• Not a hands-on trade role 
• Not a working foreman position 
• No expectation to perform physical construction labor 

Requirements 

• 5–10 years construction experience 
• Strong ground-up construction experience 
• Tenant improvement experience required 
• Hospital or healthcare project experience required
• Experience managing projects 60,000 square feet or larger 
• Proven leadership on complex commercial projects 
• Computer literate with project management and reporting tools 
• Local to Cleveland with knowledge of subcontractors and regulations
