POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly qualified Securities Litigation Associate Attorney for a leading AM Law 50 national law firm. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated securities litigation, regulatory investigations, and high-stakes civil matters for Fortune 100 and cutting-edge technology and life sciences clients.

Experience Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in securities litigation or related civil/regulatory matters
- Must have prior experience working at an AM Law 50 firm – REQUIRED
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Active Bar admission in the jurisdiction of intended office or eligibility to waive in within 3–6 months
- Stable employment history – No job hoppers (no tenures under 1.5 years)
ABOUT THE ROLE
The firm’s Securities Litigation Group handles a wide range of civil and regulatory matters for corporate and individual clients. This includes securities class actions, shareholder derivative suits, merger litigation, internal investigations, SEC and DOJ regulatory proceedings, and white-collar defense matters. Associates will work directly on complex, high-profile cases for some of the world’s most innovative technology and life sciences companies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent clients in securities class actions and complex civil litigation
- Support internal investigations and regulatory defense matters
- Assist with DOJ and SEC investigations and proceedings
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
- Participate in discovery, depositions, and case strategy
- Work directly with partners and clients on high-stakes matters
BAR REQUIREMENTS A MUST
Candidates must be admitted to the bar in the jurisdiction where they intend to work or be eligible to waive in within 3–6 months
Sitting for the bar exam is not supported
