Position Overview 

Performs detailed final inspections on precision medical device components to verify all products meet internal, customer, and regulatory requirements before shipment. Serves as a key quality checkpoint within a regulated, climate-controlled manufacturing environment. 

Core Responsibilities 

  • Perform final inspections on finished medical device components 
  • Verify compliance with internal specifications and customer requirements 
  • Use measurement and inspection tools to confirm dimensional accuracy 
  • Identify surface defects and quality concerns 
  • Document inspection results accurately 
  • Support ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 compliance requirements 

Must-Have Qualifications 

  • 1–2 years quality assurance or inspection experience in manufacturing 
  • Experience working in ISO 9001 and or ISO 13485 certified environment 
  • Basic blueprint reading and interpretation skills 
  • Experience using standard measurement and inspection tools 
  • Strong attention to detail 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience performing final inspections in manufacturing 
  • Familiarity with inspection equipment calibration or gage control processes
