Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning and executing a ground-up hospital project in Bluffton, SC scheduled to begin in mid-2026. This role manages budgeting, scheduling, reporting, and coordination while working closely with Superintendents, field teams, and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and cost controls.
- Oversee reporting, documentation, and project tracking.
- Collaborate closely with Superintendents and on-site field staff.
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and vendors Maintain communication with clients and project stakeholders.
- Support risk management, change orders, and project controls.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5–10 years of project management experience in commercial construction.
- Healthcare construction experience preferred.
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple aspects of a complex construction project.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
