Position Summary 

The Project Manager is responsible for planning and executing a ground-up hospital project in Bluffton, SC scheduled to begin in mid-2026. This role manages budgeting, scheduling, reporting, and coordination while working closely with Superintendents, field teams, and client stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and cost controls.
• Oversee reporting, documentation, and project tracking.
• Collaborate closely with Superintendents and on-site field staff.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and vendors Maintain communication with clients and project stakeholders.
• Support risk management, change orders, and project controls.

Qualifications & Requirements 

• 5–10 years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Healthcare construction experience preferred.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple aspects of a complex construction project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
