Schedule: Monday–Friday (Typical 7:30AM–4:30PM, flexible as needed) 

About the Opportunity 

Join a well-established seafood processing operation in a hands-on leadership role. This position is ideal for an experienced production operator ready to step into leadership and grow into management. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead daily production activities on the plant floor 
• Work alongside teams to maintain output and efficiency 
• Assist with line setup and coordination 
• Monitor workflow across product lines 
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met 
• Support shift organization and problem-solving 
• Work with QA on product decisions and rework 
• Take on increasing leadership responsibility over time 

Required Experience 

• 7–13 years seafood production experience 
• Strong knowledge of fish species and product formats 
• Experience in plant production environments 
• Ability to guide or support team members 
• Strong operational awareness 

Requirements

• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) 
• Basic computer skills 
• Strong work ethic and reliability
