Shifts Available: 1st Shift: 7:00am–3:30pm 2nd Shift: 3:00pm–11:30pm 3rd Shift: 11:00pm–7:30am Weekend Shift: Three 12-hour shifts (Work 36 hours, paid for 40)

Position Overview Performs precision finishing and polishing of medical device components, applying detailed, hands-on techniques similar to fine jewelry finishing. Responsible for assembling multi-component parts, maintaining high quality standards, and supporting production flow in a regulated, climate-controlled manufacturing environment. 

Core Responsibilities 

• Polish and finish precision medical components to required specifications 
• Perform detailed hand-finishing using small tools and precision techniques 
• Assemble multi-component parts as required 
• Maintain strict quality standards and inspection requirements 
• Follow written work instructions and documented processes 
• Keep workstation clean, organized, and compliant with facility standards 
• Support overall production flow and meet daily output goals 

Must-Have Qualifications 

• High School Diploma or GED 
• 1–3 years experience in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or production 
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity 
• Good hand-eye coordination and visual acuity 
• Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards 
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workstation 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience in precision manufacturing or machine shop environments 
• Technical training or certification in manufacturing or mechanical assembly 
• Familiarity with clean room assembly or packaging procedures
