Position Summary 

Provide high-quality outpatient care, manage an established caseload, and collaborate with a rehab team to deliver patient-centered treatment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations, treatment planning, and documentation 
• Deliver high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting 
• Collaborate with chiropractors and rehab providers 
• Manage patient caseload efficiently
• Educate patients on injury prevention and rehabilitation 
• Contribute to program development 

Required Qualifications 

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Iowa 
• 2+ years outpatient/private practice experience 
• Orthopedic/sports rehab experience 
• Strong communication skills 
• Ability to work independently and in a team 

Compensation & Benefits 

• $80,000 – $85,000 + bonus
