Position Overview 

This role leads land surveying projects from proposal through completion. Responsible for client management, project budgeting, scheduling, and team supervision while ensuring quality and compliance with Arizona surveying standards. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop scopes of work and prepare cost proposals
• Negotiate contract language with clients 
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation 
• Maintain and grow client relationships 
• Supervise, mentor, and develop survey staff
• Ensure quality control throughout project lifecycle 
• Communicate effectively with clients, municipalities, and internal teams 

Required Qualifications 

• Arizona Registered Land Surveyor license
• 10+ years of land surveying experience 
• Knowledge of Public Land Survey System 
• Knowledge of Arizona Boundary Survey Minimum Standards 
• Knowledge of municipal survey requirements and ALTA/NSPS standards 
• Experience with Trimble Business Center 
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
