Role Snapshot 

The Industrial Engineer will lead the identification and elimination of process bottlenecks across manufacturing and office operations using lean principles. This role manages IE operators and technicians and acts as a proactive change agent driving a continuous improvement culture. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead and implement lean tools including 5S, standard work, visual management, pace to takt, value stream mapping, Kaizen, and 8D 
• Drive waste reduction, WIP reduction, and throughput improvement 
• Standardize and optimize manufacturing processes, layouts, sequences, and flow 
• Lead CI initiatives across manufacturing and office functions
• Develop capacity models, production planning tools, and time standards 
• Design and improve equipment layouts, workflow, and safety practices 
• Manage and develop IE operators and technicians 
• Coach Leads, Supervisors, and Managers to build a CI culture 
• Own equipment capital expenditures including design, vendor selection, procurement, and implementation 
• Partner with Operations Manager and Site Leadership Team to execute a CI roadmap 

Education & Experience Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required)
• Minimum 5+ years of Industrial Engineering experience 
• Strong background in data collection, root cause analysis, and problem solving 
• Proven ability to improve throughput and eliminate bottlenecks 
• Solid working knowledge of LEAN principles 
• Strong communication and presentation skills 
• Self-motivated and adaptable in fast-paced environments
