Our client is hiring an HVAC Technician to service apartment and high-rise boiler systems throughout Northeast Ohio. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on HVAC/boiler expertise who wants to work in a stable, family-oriented company. 

What You’ll Do 

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and boiler systems in apartment communities 
• Diagnose and fix electrical and mechanical issues with heating/cooling systems
• Service hydronic and steam boilers and related equipment 
• Respond to maintenance needs promptly with dependable service 

What We’re Looking For 

• Current HVAC certification (CFC required) 
• At least 2 years of residential or apartment HVAC/boiler experience 
• Ability to rebuild and replace pumps, service Johnson HVAC systems, and repair boilers 
• Physically able to lift/move 50 lbs regularly 
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel (company vehicle or mileage provided) 
• Reliable and punctual work habits
