• Superior academic credentials 
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills

We are seeking a mid-level corporate M&A associate attorney with substantial transactional experience. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of M&A experience at a leading corporate law firm. Experience with, or strong interest in, technology and life sciences companies is highly valued. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Manage and support complex M&A transactions from start to finish 
• Run diligence processes and coordinate transaction teams 
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements and related transaction documents 
• Work directly with partners and clients on high-profile deals 
• Advise technology and life sciences clients on strategic acquisitions and exits 
• Collaborate with cross-functional legal and business teams 

WORK ENVIRONMENT 

• Office Locations Considered: San Francisco, Silicon Valley, New York, Seattle, Santa Monica, Boston, Washington DC 
• Priority locations: San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and New York 
• Hybrid schedule depending on office policy 
• Candidates must be admitted to the bar in the jurisdiction where they intend to work or be eligible to waive in within three to six months 
• Sitting for the bar exam is not supported
