Overview 

We are seeking driven, hunter-style Business Development professionals to support a new client partnership with a global freight forwarder. This role focuses on winning new business, building a book of clients, and selling international air and ocean freight along with end-to-end supply chain solutions. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Prospect, develop, and close new freight forwarding business 
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of import and export clients 
  • Sell international air freight, ocean freight, and logistics services 
  • Develop long-term customer relationships and grow existing accounts 
  • Meet and exceed revenue and margin targets 

Requirements 

  • Proven experience in freight forwarding or international logistics sales 
  • Strong hunter mentality with demonstrated new business development success
  • Knowledge of air and ocean freight operations 
  • Understanding of global trade and supply chain logistics
